Located right in the center of the 11th district by the Place de la Republique, the Hostel Richard offers you a warm welcome to their Paris hostel.

The reception of Hostel Richard is open between the hours of 8am and 1am, but getting into the hostel after hours should be scheduled in advance so that the hostel can be ready to welcome you. The Hostel has 35 budget Paris hotel rooms.

Hostel Richard does not have provision for breakfast, but fresh drinks can be made available for a cost. They also maintain a very favorable cancellation policy, a guest that chooses to cancel their booking a day before arrival will not be charged, while cancellation after or on no shows will attract some charges

While it is not the nicest hotel out there, I think it is pretty reasonable for the price you pay. I would recommend looking into this hotel because of the basic amenities and the low price.
